Terms and Conditions

RaceFinder is a service provided by Bernat Erta Majó, a private individual, contacto@racefinder.io. The person who creates an account contracts with that individual after the express acceptance described in the next section. Full identifying details are in the Legal Notice.

An information and analysis tool that helps athletes find athletics competitions and understand how they match their athletic profile. It is not an entry, selection, or travel booking service.

These terms are accepted expressly when the account is created. On email sign-up, through the checkbox accepting the Terms and Conditions and confirming that the Privacy Policy has been read. If the account is created with an identity provider, the same express acceptance is given on the welcome screen before the account is used. Use of the site does not replace that acceptance.

Some features require a free account. Users must be at least 14 years old to create an account, and during registration they are asked to confirm they are at least 14, which is a self-declaration by the user and not an age verification. Users must provide accurate information, keep their credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity carried out through their account.

This minimum age is independent of legal capacity to contract: subscribing to RaceFinder Pro requires contractual capacity under applicable civil law, and minors need authorization from a parent or legal guardian.

Basic is free. Pro adds the analysis features described on the RaceFinder Pro page. The features included in each plan may evolve; a feature included in a paid plan will not be withdrawn without giving the option to cancel.

The Pro trial is free, requires no payment method, is limited to one per account, and never automatically converts into a paid subscription. When it ends, the account reverts to Basic and nothing that was saved is deleted.

RaceFinder Pro is offered as a monthly subscription of 1,99 € per month or an annual subscription of 15,99 € per year, renewing automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown during the purchase process; applicable taxes are determined and applied by Paddle based on the buyer's country.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to orders and refunds. Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

The subscription may be cancelled at any time from the subscription settings or from the Paddle portal. Cancellation stops future renewals: Pro remains active until the end of the already-paid period, after which the account reverts to Basic. Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund.

If a charge fails, the user is notified and Paddle attempts to recover the payment. If the payment ultimately does not go through, the Pro subscription ends and the account reverts to Basic. Nothing that was saved is deleted for this reason.

Unlawful or fraudulent use is not permitted, nor is attempting to breach or probe security, bulk-scraping or copying content, reselling or redistributing it, or circumventing plan limits or technical restrictions.

Before traveling, registering, or paying, the user must confirm dates, entry conditions, minimum standards, fees, and deadlines with the organizer or the official federation.

Information comes from official sources, published material, and manual verification. It may be incomplete, outdated, or changed by the organizer at any time. External links and third-party data are provided for convenience and are not under our control.

Features may be added, modified, or withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. Uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

RaceFinder, its software, design, and the compilation of content remain the property of the owner or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use in accordance with their plan.

Access may be suspended or terminated in the event of a serious or repeated breach, non-payment, or a security or fraud risk.

The service is provided "as is", without implied warranties, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in RaceFinder guarantees admission to a competition, entry, ranking, selection, a result, prize money, or that a competition will take place. To the extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. None of these limitations affect liability that cannot be legally excluded or mandatory consumer rights.

These terms may be updated; significant changes will be made visible within the application.
