Refunds and Right of Withdrawal

1. Cancelling the subscription: normally prevents future renewals, and Pro access continues until the end of the already-paid period. It does not, by itself, result in a refund of amounts already paid.
2. Right of withdrawal: a consumer's legal right in the EU/EEA to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days. RaceFinder Pro is a digital service that starts immediately on purchase. Under article 103.m of the Spanish TRLGDCU, the right of withdrawal does not apply once the consumer has given prior express consent for performance to begin during the withdrawal period and has acknowledged the loss of that right. That confirmation is collected in the purchase process managed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. If that consent and acknowledgement were not given, the right remains. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
3. Refund request: a request for a refund of an amount paid, decided and carried out by Paddle.

Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for Pro subscriptions, handles payments, invoices, and refunds. Refund requests and the exercise of the right of withdrawal are processed in accordance with applicable legal rights and Paddle's current refund policy. Requests can be submitted at https://paddle.net using the email used for the purchase, or by writing to contacto@racefinder.io so the request can be forwarded. Paddle's refund policy is available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

RaceFinder does not offer its own refund guarantee or set a different refund window, nor does it state that purchases are non-refundable. Consumers' mandatory legal rights apply in all cases and take precedence over any description on this page.

It is free and does not convert into a paid subscription, so there is no amount to refund.

Paddle may retry the charge. Access continues until the end of the already-paid period, and payment details can be updated at any time.
